Congo: Rebel leader orders troops out of town
Rebel leader Laurent Nkunda has ordered his troops to withdraw from the strategic town of Kabasha in the Democratic Republic of Congo. His spokesman, Bertrand Bisimwa, said troops would pull back 40km (25 miles) from the town to avoid clashes and allow humanitarian aid into the area.
